Refund and Return Policy
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your CleanMate product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at bassphoria4@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us at bassphoria4@gmail.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at bassphoria4@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. Please contact us if you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return.
